Das Alpinarium Galtür und das vorarlberg museum in Bregenz ist für den Europäischen Museumspreis 2015 nominiert worden. 200 Bewerbungen aus 21 Ländern sind beim European Museum Forum in Paris eingelangt, eine Fachjury ermittelte nun 40 Finalisten. Die Jury achtet unter anderem auf innovative Gestaltungskonzepte, kreative Vermittlungsarbeit, auf Management, Marketing, soziale Verantwortung und Finanzen. Der „Museum of the year award“ gilt als eine der renommiertesten Auszeichnungen für Museen in Europa.
