We are delighted to invite you to attend the Annual CIMUSET Conference, 4 to 8 July 2016.
The Call For Papers for the 2016 Annual Conference of CIMUSET (ICOM International Committee for Museums and Collections of Science and Technology) is now open!
The Conference will be held in Milan, Italy, during the 24th ICOM General Conference, 3-9 July, 2016.
Following the main theme of the General Conference “Museums and Cultural Landscapes building up a Cultural Heritage” the proposed topic for the CIMUSET meeting will be: “What role for science, technology and industry in cultural landscapes?”
SUBMISSION DETAILS
If you would like to present your project please send your proposal for papers (title, text 500–700 words) or for posters (A1, portrait format) along with a brief professional profile (150 words) through the application form available at this form no later than February, 18th.

Submissions will undergo a selection process: a jury will decide which papers and may suggest to have the proposed contribution switch to another category. Receipt of submitted abstracts will by acknowledged by email by mid-March.
Please remember that presentations taking into consideration single case studies should focus on general principles and considerations as well and that all papers should be written in clear and correct English.

CIMUSET conference is intended to present the atmosphere of a workshop and is open to all General Conference participants.
